At TrueFit® Posture Corrector we strive to deliver the highest quality, best performing and superior fitting products.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from TrueFit® Posture Corrector you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement and send us back the pre-purchased dryer. Please note that items can only be refunded if they're not as described in the website or are damaged, not working properly or faulty.
TrueFit® Posture Corrector will offer the Customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:
A replacement Product or exchange. In this case,TrueFit® Posture Corrector shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged Product to the Customer.
A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs - if applicable at the time of purchase). Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable software products.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
There are no charges for return
If originally charged (majority of orders are shipped Free) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless TrueFit® Posture Corrector determines that: (1) the Product is faulty from a manufacturing defect and through no fault of the customer or a third person.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Please email us your Order No. along with your Full Name & reason why you want to return the order at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How soon will I get my refund, exchange or replacement?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
If you are approved for an exchange or replacement, your new products will be dispatched within 2 business days, shipment racking details will be sent via email.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you place an order you can only cancel the order within 1-2 Business Days from the order placement date with 10 USD Cancellation fee that will be charged from your total amount. In case the items you receive are not as described or showed on the website or are damaged/not working or faulty, you can always request a refund/exchange within 30 days.
